  • Permit, Bidding, and Design
    We rigorously analyze all project components, develop logical bid packages, establish construction sequencing, plan construction duration, and create practical biding and construction strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize or eliminate disruption and down time, and acheive overall project goals!
  • During Construction
    We can be hands-on during construction, deliver design-construction continuity, quality and cost control during construction, timely resolution on the issues-at-hand, change order management, as well as regular schedule monitoring and updating... all this to monitor and verify that work is performed in accordance with contract documents, and address contractor questions promptly!
  • Project Close-out
    We thoroughly review close out documents and procedures to match project completion and schedule so, that Contractor pay requests and documentation are expeditious
  • Energy Savings
    We provide an assessment as to whether new or existing buildings constructed to the commercial energy efficiency provisions of design standards would save energy and energy costs as compared to a reference standard.  Also compare the energy performance of the new or existing facility with the most relevant or current and corresponding Standard Ashrae 90.1
